National Council on Compensation Insurance 2024 Public Rate Hearing


OIR will conduct a rate hearing to hear testimony from NCCI and receive public comment on the proposed workers' compensation insurance rate change for all new and renewal workers' compensation insurance policies written in the voluntary market in Florida, effective January 1, 2025.

Rate Filing

NCCI submitted the rate filing on August 23, 2024, on behalf of Florida's workers' compensation insurance companies. In this filing, NCCI requests an overall average decrease in rate levels of 1.0 percent for the voluntary market for all new and renewal workers' compensation insurance policies written in Florida, effective January 1, 2025.

Public Comments / Testimony

Input from consumers and interested parties, as well as from representatives of the National Council on Compensation Insurance, Inc., will be received at this virtual public hearing.
